Made to Order

All of my jewellery pieces are 'made to order'. This means when an order is placed, the process of manufacture begins. All of my pieces are one-of-a-kind, hand carved in wax and cast in solid sterling silver or gold; or handcrafted from sheet metal. They can be made to your preferences such as size and metal material. Your piece will be ready in 4 to 6 weeks and fully hallmarked.

These pieces will be handmade just for you, and so will be an entirely unique. Please note, they will be similar to the pieces pictured in the listings online, but some textures and placements will not be identical.

Please also note that these pieces being made-to-order means that these sales are final and therefore, not eligible for refunds.

Bespoke projects are brilliant because we can work together to bring a sparkly idea of yours to life! Customs allow you to choose your overall piece, metal and gemstones.

If you have an idea for a custom piece please fill out the bespoke questionnaire. I will then be in touch shortly to further discuss the design, this can be done via email or zoom if desired. Custom bespoke designs and pieces take time to create, therefore after the project is quoted, I require full payment upfront to begin work.

It is also not possible to return bespoke pieces. Please allow up to 8 to 10 weeks to complete custom projects; depending on our initial consultation phase - projects could take longer or be ready more quickly than this timeframe.
