Made to Order

All of my jewellery pieces are 'made to order'. This means when an order is placed, the process of manufacture begins. All of my pieces are one-of-a-kind, hand carved in wax and cast in solid sterling silver or gold; or handcrafted from bullion. They can be made to your preferences such as size and metal material. Your piece will be ready in 4 to 6 weeks and fully hallmarked.

These pieces will be handmade just for you, and so will be an entirely unique. Please note, they will be similar to the pieces pictured in the listings online, but some textures and placements will not be identical.

Please also note that these pieces being made-to-order means that these sales are final and therefore, not eligible for refunds.

Bespoke projects are brilliant because we can work together to bring a sparkly idea of yours to life! Customs allow you to choose your overall piece, metal and gemstones.

If you have an idea for a custom piece please fill out the bespoke questionnaire. I will then be in touch shortly to further discuss the design, this can be done via email or zoom if desired. Custom bespoke designs and pieces take time to create, therefore design fee of £150 is required, this allows my to provide detailed sketches and clear parameters for the project with a complete quote, for you to approve.

☆ This fee is redeemable against the price of your project which would be outlined in the quote as well.

After the project quote is agreed, full payment is required upfront to make your piece.

☆ Please note silver commissions start from £250 minimum and solid gold prices start from £750.

It is also not possible to return bespoke pieces, as they are entirely unique to you. For more information on my policies, check here. Please allow up to 8 to 10 weeks to complete custom projects; depending on our initial consultation phase - projects could take longer or be ready more quickly than this timeframe.

How it works!

  • Consultation

    After you have read over these details and the T&Cs, please fill out my bespoke questionnaire and let me know all your ideas! Think metal, gemstones, and any inspiration photos you may have as well as budget and timelines too.
    Once I recieve this I will reach out via email to discuss your ideas further to give an idea of prices and production times.

  • Designing

    If you wish to proceed to the designing phase. A design fee of £150 is required, this allows my to provide detailed sketches and clear parameters for the project with a complete quote, for you to approve.
    ☆ This fee is redeemable against the price of your project which would be outlined in the quote as well.

  • Making

    Once the quote is agreed, full payment is required in order to undertake the making process.
    I will then craft your bespoke piece in my Hertfordshire studio using traditional making techniques. Depending on the complexity of the piece, discussed during the design phase, it should take 8-10 weeks to make your jewel.

  • Final Touches

    Once finished and having passed our QC, your piece is ready to make its way to you!
    Your piece will be packed with care into a sun.slices box with a care card, a polishing cloth and a thank you note! It will then be posted to you via Special Delivery or if you are local we can arrange a pick up.
