- Order processing times: as all of our products are made to order please allow 4-6 weeks from date of purchase for orders to be fulfilled. Shipping times vary and could add up to 2 weeks on top of this schedule.
- Domestic shipping within the UK is £4.00 for orders under £75 and free for orders over £75.
- Shipping to Europe is £14.99 - please note that any duties and taxes to receive the item are the responsibility of the customer. Countries include Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Isle of Man, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
- Shipping Internationally is £24.99 - please note that any duties and taxes to receive the item are the responsibility of the customer. Countries include Australia, Canada, United States, Hong Kong SAR, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, South Africa, South Korea, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, Türkiye, Vatican City, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Iceland, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Svalbard & Jan Mayen, Singapore.
- Please note if there are any extra import duties or taxes associated with your delivery, you as the customer, are responsible for paying these.
- If your country is not on this list, please contact us and we may be able to provide a custom shipping option for you.
- Currently we do not offer local delivery or local pickup.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please see our Return Policy for more details. Cancellations may be requested for 48 hours after time of purchase.
- Potential service interruptions may occur which could delay the delivery of your parcel, unfortunately these would be out of our control. However, we will do our best to avoid delays using reliable postal services.
- Once you place you order you shall receive a confirmation email. You will also receive an email to inform you when you order has been shipped along with a tracking number. If there are any problems with your delivery please contact us.
