Terms of service

All sales of all of sun.slices jewellery, ie. made to order and bespoke pieces, are final. Therefore we do not offer returns or exchanges. We also have a 48 hour window for order cancellations from the time the oder was placed.

Please allow 4-6 weeks for made to order items to be finished and sent. For bespoke commissions please allow 8-10 weeks - although this window varies depending on the initial consultation phase. Shipping times are in addition to the production timelines are vary by region.

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are also non-refundable. 

Payment for bespoke pieces is required upfront in order for production of the piece to take place. 

Clients are responsible for customs and import charges/taxes, and postage. 

We do not accept repairs on items altered by other artisans, and are not responsible for damage caused by the wearer. 

PLEASE NOTE - due to the new shipping policy introduced by the UK government shipping to Europe currently is postponed. We plan to get this back up as soon as we set up new processes to ship to Europe.
