Refund policy

Returns and refunds:

As my pieces are hand made to order, I do not offer returns or exchanges. Therefore all sales are final. 
I accept order cancellation requests for 48 hours after the order has been placed, please email us at info@sunslices jewellery.com. 

If a product is faulty however, I offer a guarantee against any defects in materials or craftsmanship, please note that this does not cover neglect or damage caused by the wearer.

I will also accept any of my pieces for repairs. Please email me for more details at info@sunslicesjewellery.com.
